Excellent service and products!

I went to pick up my broken SS silver chain and St Jude today from a repair ( quote was $30 and a fair price ) very well done repair and cleaned the chain and medal to perfection for $30 all up.... i didnt even ask for the great clean they just did it....thanks guys....thought they would be expensive ....but great value and price...and service....thanks Luke T....

I had moved interstate and my watch stopped working. Not a problem for JFJ, I sent it in by post and had it back by post 2 weeks later.

Local jeweller quoted $170 to fix,.
JFJ charged me new battery only and postage =$30. Much happier to send it back to reliable JFJ any day!

We where in the traralgon store yesterday and bought 2 items. We where served by dianne she went out of her way to ensure we felt comfortable in the store .buying jewelry is a little new to us would recomended this store to everyone the service and knowledge of the products is exceptional. Had an engagement ring made. Was fast and thorough. From design, choosing diamond to ring being finished was under 3 weeks.

I would highly recommend Jeremy Fleming’s in Sale. I do not live in sale and needed a Mother’s Day present for my mum who lives down there. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my mum received her present right on Mother’s Day. They went out of there way with such kindness and professionalism. Poor customer service for repairs... needed watch battery changed whilst in sale and the only person who could do it wasn’t there, came back an hour later (15min max job) and they still weren’t there even though I was told they would be. Picked the watch up today and it wasn’t even set. Also most expensive battery replacement I’ve heard of. Not good enough when the staff aren’t trained.

Jeremy is an amazingly talented jeweller who knew exactly what I wanted and made it for me in record time. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for the wonderful service and I’m so glad I entrusted my rings to him. The remodel of my existing rings to encorporate my new ones has been so worthwhile. I had a custom replica pendant, made from a cherished piece. Jeremy did an amazing job and the finished pendant is gorgeous. I also appreciated him polishing the original to make it look almost new.
